07.12.2016 – VARO Energy Direct Sales SA (VEDS), Switzerland – Good customer management increases customer satisfaction

    The following additional sub-project of VARO Energy AG is already successfully in operation:

    VEDS is part of the large VARO Energy Group. VARO Energy Direct Sales SA has the task of marketing and selling heating oil and diesel, mainly in western Switzerland.

    With a good CRM (Customer Relation Management), on the one hand customer service and customer satisfaction can be increased and on the other hand additional business can be generated from the company’s point of view. This is also what VEDS is striving for.

    VEDS wants a new telesales screen and a customer management system to improve and increase customer and marketing activities.

    Thanks to good project planning and implementation of the customer’s requirements, FSS went live with the new Oracle JD Edwards E1 CRM at VEDS on 3 October 2016 – only 3 months after signing the contract.
