The next challenge in the harmonization of the Swiss payment traffic is imminent: The replacement of the current payment slip. From the June 30th 2020 the old payment slip will be replaced by a payment slip with a Swiss QR Code. Full Speed Systems AG provides the following solutions under the topic «Swiss QR Invoice»:
During invoice creation, the payment slip part of the sales invoice (R42565) and the customer invoice (R03B5005) are replaced/supplemented by the new payment slip including Swiss QR code. A redesign of the invoice or a new invoice is not part of the solution. All mandatoy and optional fields given by the Swiss QR Code standardization document and available in JD Edwards E1 are converted into the Swiss QR Code.
Upon receipt of payments, FSS adapts the actual camt.054 payment part to the new payment part with Swiss QR code. Optionally, a conversion from MT940 format to CAMT.053 format can be selected.
When the invoice is received, the FSS Swiss localization solution is adjusted regarding Swiss QR Code, so that all data from the Swiss QR Code is filled into the corresponding JD Edwards fields. The payment files are created on the basis of the ISO – 20022 format.
The requirements for the solutions are Oracle JD Edwards E1 Releases 9.2, Oracle BI Publisher as a form design tool and the FSS Swiss localization modules.
